3. Gloria Cabral, Don Mead, Jack and Daniel Van Etten, must create committee to review bylaws for amendment or rewriting laws only -Time: about 10 min.

4. Gloria Cabral, ACF RI Chapter Position Nominations- Time about 5 min.

5. Daniel Van Etten, covered ACF Chef of the year and certification exam April 14th 2025-

6. Chef Ray McCue VP ACF N.E Region, Covered Golf Tournament May 19th, serving Breakfast and Lunch, Vender Sponsorship PFG, stated wants to have 76 teams, the event designed for all levels. – Time: about 10 min.
