If you would like to take the exam, the first step is to pre-register with the ACF. 

You will be responsible for all certification fees.

All information can be found at acfchefs.org under Certification.

Contact me with questions and be aware some food requirements have changed.

Finally, Practice, Practice & more Practice. 

The ACF RI Chapter Fee is $75 Made payable to the chapter and will be collected the day of the exam.
