Hello All Chapter Members and Friends, Our last meeting was held at Basta Restaurant in Cranston, RI. At this meeting we had Snap Chef one of our newest Associate Members share with us what they are doing for chefs and companies who are looking for culinary staffing in the industry. Snapchef is the largest culinary training and staffing company in New England, providing staffing for food service establishments of any size throughout the region. At this time I would like to thank the management of Basta restaurant for their hospitality, and I would like to thank CEO Todd Snopkowski and Jennifer Danaux of Snapchef for hosting the meeting and sharing the vision of Snapchef! It sure doesn’t seem like it or feel like it though…But one thing for sure is that the ACF Rhode Island Chapter’s Annual Golf Tournament is right around the corner! This year will mark the 26th year for this event! Our Annual Golf Tournament will be held at Jamestown Golf Course on Monday May 22, Rain or Shine.
