- Meeting called to order at 6:25 PM. Meeting conducted at Johnson & Wales University Harborview, 1150 Narragansett Blvd., Cranston, RI
- 16 People in attendance: Linda Musch and Husband, Gloria Cabral & Husband, Agnieszka Richard, Ray McCue, Jeremy Andersen, Fred Faria, Paul Martin, Ken Watts, Dan Van Etten, John Rapoza, Rolando Robledo, Dick Wood, and Don Mead and Wife

- Old Business:
- The ACF Certification Practical Exam will be held April 21, 2018.
- The Chef Connect takes place in North Carolina February 25th through 27th.
- Chef of the Year Dinner is hosted by Chef Jim of Gurney’s in Newport April 15, 2018.
- Golf Tournament is May 21st at Jamestown Country Club.

- Rolando has a new career position with a food research company in Boston.
- Linda announced that volunteer applications are now being accepted for the Pro Star National Camp being held April 27th through the 29th.
- A fundraising dinner to benefit the Culinary Olympic Team will be hosted by the Somerset Club in Boston Monday, May 14th. Linda suggested that our chapter subsidises the ticket price for our members to attend the dinner. Ray motioned that our chapter present the team with $500.00. Linda seconded the motion, all were in favor.
- Make up meeting March 26th at Pub 6t5 in New Bedford.
- End of the Year Meeting/BBQ June 11th at BCC.
- Linda is meeting with Hope & Main.
- Chef Todd Seyforth conducted an educational presentation on Culinary Nutrition.
- Next Meeting: March 12th at Dan’s Carriage House Inn in North Kingstown 6:00 pm.
- Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 after dinner.
