Chefs from across the Northeast and Southeast regions assembled at the Charlotte Westin for several days of learning, collaboration and of course, tasting! Keynotes presented by Claus Meyer, Chef David Burke, and Chef Dean Fearing. The remainder of the day was free to attend breakout seminars, meet vendors and check out the career fair. The theme of the event was “Be the Change” encouraging chefs to continue driving culinary passion with their teams.
