FEBRUARY 7, 2018: Rhode Island ACF Chapter member Chef Ray McCue earned Worldchefs Certified Master Chef. The Worldchefs Culinary Certification Award recognizes and validates internationally, the skills, knowledge and achievements of professional Chefs, Cooks and Culinary Educators. As the leading authority on global cuisine, Worldchefs is committed to establishing and promoting standards in Culinary Arts Education and Hospitality throughout the world. Only 386 chefs have earned this high distinction. Chefs, cooks and culinary educators are now able to be certified at nine different levels.
